“Carwyn replaced my central heating system completely installing a new combi boiler, 7 new radiators, and new pipework. He promptly arranged to visit and chat about my requirements and provided me with a very competitive and detailed quote the same day. Carwyn offered great advice on my options and responded to all of my questions promptly. He arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. When asked to re-route a pipe (to accommodate our future plans) Carwyn did not hesitate to make the changes. When I mentioned problems I had with the cold water feed to my washing machine and dishwasher Carwyn had a look and replaced an old plastic Y-connector with new dedicated cold feeds with individual valves, all with a smile and at no extra cost. Carwyn is a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable engineer, we will certainly be using his services again in the future.

From the moment I spoke to him he was very professional and offered advice on the job. He turned up promptly on time to assess the job. I recieved his written quotation by email the same day as promised, and his price was very reasonable. He turned up on time to start the work and completed the job in one day and are very happy with the job. The quality of his work was off a high standard and he was very thorough and clean. Would highly reccommend Carwyn, and I will definately be in touch for any further plumming jobs.”
